Janet Pliszka
Janet is the creator of Kids Photography Academy and a professional photographer with over 18 years of experience specializing in family, school and branding photography.
Her passion for teaching began when she noticed how curious kids were about her camera—leading her to develop photography programs in camps and schools across Calgary.
Now, through KPA’s online courses, Janet is excited to share her love of photography with young creatives everywhere! Her students describe her as fun, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. She believes in sparking passion, building confidence, and instilling curiosity in kids by helping them discover the magic of storytelling through photography.
